3. Last 2 years W2/1099/K1
4. Last 2 years 1040 personal federal tax returns with all schedules
5. Last 2 months personal bank statement with all pages to see funds for closing
6. For Purchase: A fully signed purchase sales contract with escrow deposit check if given
7. For Refinance: Proof of latest mortgage, insurance, property tax bill, condo fee as applicable
8. For Business owners: Last 2 years of business tax returns (1065,1120/S,K-1) with all schedules
9. For non-US citizens: US green card (front/back), EAD, US VISA proof (I-94,I-797,I-140)
X. Contact information for - realtor, attorney, HOA or others as applicable
Y: If you currently own property: Mortgage, Taxes, Insurance, Condo/HOA, etc
Z: For VA applicant: COE - Certificate of Eligibility

Business Commercial Checklist:

8. For Construction Project: Plans, drawings, budget, specifications, permits, licenses 
9. ETC (a) state entity filing and EIN (b) buss-debt schedule (c) rent-roll
